From September 23–25, our Executive Director, Julie Cranston, represented the New Mexico Nuclear Alliance at the Energy Communities Alliance (ECA) International Clean Energy Workshop in Arlington, VA. The event brought together federal, state, and community leaders to discuss clean-energy development, workforce strategies, and equitable transition in energy communities.

Julie shared that the workshop was “extremely beneficial, offering excellent industry insights, meaningful networking, and the chance to connect with national partners advancing industry solutions.”

NMNA has officially joined the Energy Communities Alliance as an affiliate member, strengthening New Mexico’s connections to national energy and policy networks and expanding collaboration opportunities for our state’s clean-energy initiatives.
