Who We Are
Championing Nuclear Energy for New Mexico's Future
The New Mexico Nuclear Alliance is a statewide coalition of businesses, workers, communities, and advocates united around the promise of nuclear energy for a clean, prosperous New Mexico.
Our Mission
The New Mexico Nuclear Alliance exists to educate, advocate, and mobilize around nuclear energy as a cornerstone of New Mexico's carbon-free energy future. We believe nuclear power is essential to meeting our state's climate goals while creating high-quality jobs and economic opportunity for all New Mexicans.
From the uranium mines of the Grants Mineral Belt to the national laboratories in Los Alamos and Sandia, New Mexico has long been at the center of nuclear science and technology. We are committed to honoring that legacy while building a forward-looking vision for the industry.
